In six villages a well programme which were initiated in 1984 were
completed during Jan-June 1985, and by that time, WIDA had
undertaken drinking water well in 18 villages.
Due to drinking water problem in two villages in 1998, two wells
were constructed and 99 families (495 people) are benefited with
drinking water. The same year 5 spring protection wells were
constructed in five villages.
In 1999 one
village requested to construct a dug well as they had problems
with the drinking water. 55 families and 275 people were
benefited.
