Staff Meeting and Staff Training

During the last six months the staff attended 18 staff meetings at central level and field level. During these meetings the staff were trained on capacity building, books keeping, accounts and management of progamme activities at field office. The staff were keeping, accounts and management of programme activities at field office. the staff were also sent for other trainings like PRA exercises, Baseline information, micro credit, and NTFP.

Exposure/Study Tour

Two Exposure visits were organized for the women group leaders and development cadres on technology programme mini hydro and a dialogue programme with Deo Mail Mahila Mandal members. a group of 20 persons along with the staff were exposed on different processing units also.

Workshop and Seminars

The organization conducted a follow up workshop on natural resource. Management and sustainable livelihood for tribals in Koraput. Nearly 50 women were attended and the government officials from Karketing department (ORMAS) were attended. The women group joined in group discussion and the outcome of the workshop was training, production units and marketing on agro and forest based programmes.
